How it works
From sign-up to your first report. You don't need to be there in person.
You register your interest
Fill in the form. We will contact you within two working days to talk through what your house needs.
The first visit
We go through the house with you or someone you choose, either on site or by video call. We note where the main water valve, fuse box and heating are.
The key
You give us a key. It is kept locked away and labelled with a code, never with an address.
Regular visits
We visit according to your plan and send a photo report after every visit. If we find anything serious, we call you straight away.
Who is it for?
Holiday homes
You live in Stockholm, Denmark, Germany or further away and only come in summer. We check on the house for the rest of the year, so a leak or a broken window doesn't go unnoticed for months.
Estates
The house stands empty while the estate is settled and the property sold, and none of the heirs live nearby. We visit regularly, and all co-owners can receive the same report.
What we do on every visit
The same checklist every time, so nothing is forgotten.
- Roof, windows, doors and gutters from the outside
- Damp, leaks and smells indoors
- Signs of mice and other pests
- Check that heating and electricity work
- Run the taps and flush the toilets
- Bring in post and leaflets
- Clear snow and fallen branches from the door
- Signs of break-in or damage
After the visit you receive an email with photos and what we found.

All prices in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. No fixed term. Extra visits beyond your plan: 395 SEK.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be there for the first visit?
No. Someone you trust can show us around, or we can go through the house with you by video call.
What happens if you find damage?
We call you the same day and send photos. If you wish, we can turn off the water, contact a tradesperson or let one in. Anything beyond your plan is charged as an extra visit.
Is your report enough for my insurer?
That depends on your insurer's terms. Our reports are dated and include photos, but your insurer decides how often the house must be checked. Ask them, and we will adjust the number of visits.
How do I cancel?
Send us an email. There is no fixed term; the service ends at the end of the month.
I live abroad. Does that work?
Yes. Most things are handled by email, and the reports arrive in your inbox. You can write to us in English, Swedish, German or Danish.
Several heirs own the house together. What do we do?
You decide who the contact person is. Reports can be sent to all co-owners, so everyone has the same information.
